Deliveries & Returns Policy

How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over €300 in the Republic of Ireland, and only €20 on all orders under €300, and €50 on orders to Northern Ireland.

Orders under 10kg will be delivered via An Post, Orders over 30kg will be delivered via Ace Express Freight.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide in Ireland including Northern Ireland.

When will i receive my order?
Our general lead times from order confirmation to dispatch is approximately,

10 - 15 working days on Aluminium Patio Covers and Gazebo's, if in stock.

20 - 30 working days on our Custom Made Retractable Awnings.

This can increase or decrease during busy periods.

Normally all orders within Ireland are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after dispatch from us.

Returns Policy
When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods (other than customized or made to order products, as per EU Law) up to 14 days after receiving your order, This is the cooling off period.

If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery costs).

Any goods that have been opened and not repackaged as new, will incur a restocking charge.

If In the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within the guarantee period, please inform us of this by email as soon as possible.
